Maria Christian spent more than a decade in the pharmaceutical/ medical industry before joining Lincoln Cablevision (later Time Warner Cable) in Nebraska n 1993. At Lincoln Maria quickly became one of the Top Ten commercial sales representatives in the country.
She then moved to DMX (Digital Music Express) in San Diego where she became a top sales producer. Maria later returned to Time Warner Cable’s San Diego Division to concentrate on apartment complex, homeowner association and commercial property sales.
In 2000 she was recruited by the Time Warner Los Angeles Division where she expanded her focus to include master-planned community developments, private residential communities, a multi-million dollar private franchise asset purchase, as well as managing the commercial sales team.
Prior to joining Community Development Partners Maria was the Business Development Manager for Time Warner Los Angeles.
