John
Houston
(Los
Angeles) began his
cable experience at
United Cable in 1988, in
Advertising Sales. In
1994, Mr. Houston moved
to the operations side
of the cable television
business to launch the
Commercial/MDU
department for then
Continental Cable. At
Continental, and its
various name changes,
John launched the
MDU telephony business
and signed the largest
contract in the history
of
Continental/MediaOne/AT&T
with the second largest
MDU in the country.
At
Adelphia, John
signed the largest bulk
agreement in Adelphia's
history with the largest
home builder in the
country covering nearly
4,000 homes. Throughout
his experience, Mr.
Houston has been
responsible for signing
nearly 300,000 MDU
units.

Craig represents BU Solutions,
LLC, of Bellevue,
Washington, a Member of
Community Development
Partners,
LLC.
John is the
quintessential
telecommunications
entrepreneur. He is
presently the president
and chairman of Telepro
Communications, Inc. of
Bellevue, Washington, as
well as the chief
executive officer of
Priority Systems, LLC,
also of
Bellevue.
In
1985, Mr. Craig acquired
Telepro Communications
and has successfully
operated and grown the
cable television
facilities management
company over the past
two decades. Telepro
specializes in billing,
customer service,
call-center services,
technical service
dispatch, payment
processing and
management consulting.
Telepro currently
supplies these services
to more than 50 cable
system clients
nationwide.
In
mid-1995, Mr. Craig
organized Priority
Systems to syndicate,
acquire, build, manage
and operate cable
television systems
serving the multi-family
and rural cable
marketplace. Priority
Systems currently
manages more than 25,000
multi-family residential
units throughout the
United
States.
Mr.
Craig is a well-known
and highly respected
telecommunications
professional. He earned
an MBA from Eastern
Washington University in
Cheney, Washington,
where he graduated
number one in his class.
He had earlier graduated
from EWU with high
honors with BAs in the
dual majors of
accounting and general
studies.

Sam Bass is a telecommunications professional, providing comprehensive consulting services to apartment complex owners, developers and property managers, as well as various apartment owner associations, throughout the Southern California marketplace. Consulting services have extended to both private and franchise cable operators, as well as alternative DBS providers.
In addition to telecommunications, Sam’s background includes executive management, business law, international banking and financial services, contract compliance, sales management, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. He is a skilled negotiator and veteran corporate executive experienced in the design, coordination and delivery of effective administrative, operations, marketing and fiscal protocols and programs in aggressive market environments.

Ron Matheson's career reflects broad experience in a variety of diversified fields. Career highlights include the home entertainment and telecommunications industries. In the mid 80s, Ron was marketing vice-president for a manufacturer of owner-satellite television systems, and in the early 90s Cable/Cast Communications Systems (Ron and Sam were partners) had a unique relationship with apartment owner associations.
Cable/Cast was appointed by several Southern California Associations and one of the nation's largest apartment owners associations, as "exclusive agent of record and representative in the negotiation of television programming agreements beneficial to the association's members." His background in the communications industry also includes five years as producer of several local and one national radio talk shows.

Jack Hannah is a fourteen-year telecommunications veteran. Jack began in the Time Warner Cable customer operations department in 1991. He later joined the Time Warner direct sales staff where he was instrumental in managing a team of highly successful sales representatives during Time Warner’s rebuilding period.
Under Jack's leadership, his direct sales team far exceeded their departmental sales goals while successfully completing their rebuild conversion in record time. Following his time in the TW direct sales department, Jack moved on to sales and management positions in business development department.
Jack joined CDP in 2003 and has been instrumental in the successful introduction by CDP of a European-based boiler manufacturer into the Southern California MDU marketplace.

Aggie Lammers has had a wide range of sales experience throughout her career. Aggie was a major sales/distributor for "Princess House" crystal products for over 20 years in the Midwest. Aggie built her business to 35 sales professionals, winning every sales award and contest Princess House offered in her category since Aggie's third month with Princess House.
Aggie's sales experience includes eight (8) years in automotive sales. As the “only woman” sales associate in a multi-car dealership, Aggie had to not only break the “gender barrier” but she had to keep up with the other seasoned sales associates who averaged over 25 years of automotive sales experience. Aggie not only kept up, she exceeded her counterparts, winning several sales awards and was in the top 1% of the sales force throughout her eight years.
Aggie’s combined sales skills provides her with a strong customer focused, results oriented experience that is essential to succeed in the telecommunications industry.

Gordon Dressel is CDP's senior cable expert extending back to 1978 when he was a Councilman and Mayor Pro-tem of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Under his leadership, St. Clair became the first city in the metro Detroit area to have a cable system. After that, Gordon entered the cable business directly working in both the personal development of SMATV systems and working for franchised cable companies.
He was asked to travel to China to negotiate with companies to manufacture satellite dishes. His cable company experience is lengthy and he has seen and experienced all the changes that have occurred over the past twenty plus years. His experience and insights are invaluable to his clients. |
